What makes a muscle grow? Tension transmitters in the cell that signal to the brain that there is tension and metabolites that flood the cell. Your weight training will be based on what makes the muscle grow. The muscles that recover faster will be focused on more frequently. Those that do not recover fast will be focused on less frequently. Training may consist of; progressive overload, metabolic training, super setting, HIIT training, all of which will be simplified on how to do and when to do it.
